With over 15 years of experience in teaching yoga, the two provide a unique experience rooted in their deep understanding of traditional yoga studies, extensive exploration of Sanskrit, respiratory therapies and restorative yoga, and a rich lineage.

FRIDAY — ARRIVAL & SETTLING THE SYSTEM

Arrival Window | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Arrival, Set-Up & Nervous-System Landing
This arrival period is intentionally spacious.
Students are invited to settle slowly, orient to the land, and practice personal regulation tools learned in previous years.

6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Restorative Yoga: Advanced Regulation & Subtle Body Listening
with Michelle
A refined restorative practice emphasizing:

  • micro-adjustments

  • interoceptive awareness

  • noticing when to deepen and when to stop

7:30 PM – 7:45 PM
Break

7:45 PM – 9:00 PM
Fire Ceremony: Releasing Identity Layers
A deeper ceremonial experience focusing not on “what to let go,”
but who you no longer need to be to stay safe.
Includes reflection, journaling, and ritual.

Quiet conversation, shared reflection, and grounded presence under the stars.

Movement, breath, and meditation focused on:

Jivamukti Practice: Myth, Mantra & Meaning
A deep-dive class integrating:

  • sacred myth as emotional map

  • chanting as vagal toning

  • asana as energetic dialogue

Lunch + Ayurvedic Rhythms for Emotional Maturity
Beyond basics: seasonal digestion, emotional patterns, and long-term nervous-system balance.

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
From Regulation to Resilience
Advanced Vagal & Polyvagal Applications
A workshop with Michelle
Topics include:

  • recognizing subtle dysregulation

  • repairing after rupture

  • maintaining regulation during relational stress

  • moving beyond survival-based coping

Snacks & Rest / Optional Solo Reflection Walk

Inversions as Emotional Choice

Rather than skill-building, this workshop explores:

  • readiness

  • trust

  • agency

Yoga Nidra for Identity Integration

A longer, layered Nidra practice designed to:

  • integrate change

  • stabilize new neural pathways

  • support long-term embodiment

Optional rest space remains available until 5:00 PM.
