Join our experienced yoga, meditation, and holistic health teachers, Michelle and Gretchen, as they guide you on a transformative journey of reconnecting with nature and yourself. With over 15 years of experience in teaching yoga, the two provide a unique experience rooted in their deep understanding of traditional yoga studies, extensive exploration of Sanskrit, respiratory therapies and restorative yoga, and a rich lineage.

Arrival | 10 am - 6 pm

Upon your arrival, we invite you to check in and make yourself at home by setting up your tent or finding your reserved space. Once you're settled, feel free to indulge in some delicious pasta or quinoa, available from 2:00pm-6:00pm. Whether you'd like to take a nap, go for a walk, or explore the surrounding area, the choice is yours. We hope you'll take this opportunity to unwind and enjoy all that our yoga retreat has to offer.

6:00pm-7:00pm - Gentle Yoga Class with Michelle

7:00pm-7:30pm - Break

7:30pm - 8:15pm - Sunset meditation and journaling

8:30pm - Fireside Ceremony - Focus: "Letting Go".

Sip on the beverage of your choice, indulge in some scrumptious s'mores, and share stories with new and old friends alike. This is a wonderful opportunity to bond and connect with others in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, all while releasing what no longer serves you.


6:30am to 9pm

The second day of each retreat is tailored to the specific goals aligned with a particular theme. Family retreats focus on programmed designed to bring people together, educate about sustainable living, and have fun doing separate classes for children and adults. Holistic health retreats may emphasize breathwork, yoga sequences, massage, nutrition, and more. Yoga-lineage retreats offer opportunity for lineage-specific practices (e.g., Jivamukti, Baptise, Ashtanga, Iyengar), Sanskrit studies, and meditation.


Each day includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and ends with a community gathering around our custom-built stone fire pit under the stars.


6:30am to approximately 2pm

Sunday retreat programming is focused on morning practices and community-based conversation designed to summarize what's been learned and integrate it into daily life post-retreat. 1:1 massages, B12 shots, and other holistic health therapies may also be offered on-site.

6:30am-8:00am - Sunrise Yoga Class followed by meditation & journaling

8:00am-10:00am - Breakfast together

10:30-12:00pm - Retreat-Specific Programming

12:00pm-1:00pm - Light Lunch

1:00pm-2:00pm - Insights and Conversations

2:00pm-5:00pm - Rest, relax on your own, and return home at your convenience.
