A Workshop on the Science of Raising Your Vibration. People are drawn to the idea of vibrational energy but don’t always understand the science behind it. This workshop can discuss emotions, brain chemistry, and yoga techniques that elevate energy states.
Each session is live via Zoom and includes a recording if you can’t attend in real-time. Plus, Yoga Alliance CEUs are available!

When attending in person, we will practice on our outside yoga deck, in our heated garage studio space or in our beautiful, custom-built, climate-controlled yoga barn with brand new, modern facilities including an outdoor shower with hot water, a posh restroom, and changing area for your convenience. The indoor studio allows us to hold classes rain or shine.

Gentle/Restorative yoga classes invite you to ease into serenity as you embrace a floor-based practice that centers around tranquil movements, relaxing poses, and postures that are lovingly supported by an array of props to make the class accessible for everyone. Each pose is held for 3-5 minutes to foster profound physical and mental relaxation akin to the soothing ambiance of a spa visit.
Restorative classes also utilize Umā's expertise as a Texas-Licensed National Board Certified Registered Respiratory Therapist. Each class is designed to facilitate breath regulation and control to support circulation of blood, nutrients, and oxygen into every cell of your body. The breath is the center of well-being. Join Umā for this transformative experience.
