CONSULTING TEAM

Ashley Anne is a Northwestern University-trained Trauma Therapist, Neurocounselor, and Educator. She holds masters and doctoral degrees in the field of counseling with a specialization in neuroscience and somatic-focused, trauma-informed therapies. She's a certified 200-hour yoga teacher through the Yoga Studio of Corpus Christi and serves as the consulting trauma expert and quantum healer. Ashley offers workshops and trainings to yoga teachers-in-training and supports programming at the retreats in Decatur, TX. Her mission is to help empathic, highly sensitive women recover from trauma and reclaim their mental, physical, relational, and spiritual health by reconnecting to their inner GPS.
