About The Yoga Studio Of Corpus Christi
LET YOUR INNER LIGHT SHINE THROUGH!
The Yoga Studio of Corpus Christi would like to thank everyone for their support. Established in 2005, we have developed a family feel in the studio and teacher training programs. We are always excited about watching our past students and teachers grow. It is very exciting to be able to share yoga with someone and to watch them go through the process of self discovery. This is the reason the studio existed. With our library, workshops, teacher training, and availability to talk with your teachers on a personal level we are promoting your personal growth! Please check out our teacher training programs, workshops and continuing education courses.
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, “Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?” Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
By Marianne Williamson from A Return To Love: Reflections on the Principles of A Course in Miracles
May many miracles come your way. Don’t be afraid to go out and let your light shine. While you are at it help someone else discover theirs. Serve the greater good!
Much Love To You All!

Teacher: Natasha Perez
About Natasha: Natasha Perez is a 200 HR Registered Yoga Teacher and recent graduate of the Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Program from the Yoga Studio of Corpus Christi with Michelle Acebo and Gretchen Weber. Originally from Maui, Hawaii, Natasha has been around yoga since the age of four, thanks to her first guru, her yogini mother. Natasha’s personal practice on the mat started in 2016 when a string of unprecedented life events forced her to slow down and reevaluate how she was living. Thereafter, she started down a path of personal healing, igniting her passion for holistic wellness and pursuing a certificate in Meditation and Natural Health & Healing from the University of Hawaii on Maui in 2013. Through her personal practice and experience with yoga, Natasha has come to understand that the healing process does not only occur through the physical practice of asana, or finding stillness in meditation; instead, the truest form of healing, comes from within. As a yoga instructor, Natasha hopes to help clients and students facilitate personal healing experiences through the powerful practice of asana, and other yogic tools, such as pranayama and meditation, that can be easily utilized both on and off the mat. She truly believes that yoga enables healing on all levels: mentally, physically, and spiritually and looks forward to guiding you through your practice, namaste!
